Ok so I live in a hot climate. How close do I place my humidifier to the printer? Its 76 degrees F in my house and im at 26% humidity.

Try moving it around and playing with the settings until you get a satisfactory humidity levels

Will low humidity cause the images to become watery? I have condensation on top of my prints from a couple days ago, this Printer is Brand new and unfortunately it didn't come with great instructions or help for when we encounter an issue. I have a Procolored printer. thermostats is 40 degrees - humidity is showing 31% and temp is 18 Degress Celsius Your help is greatly appreciated.

Sometimes my prints come out with some kind of shadow on my image is there’s any way that I can fix that

Many variables can be causing this. - Materials Usded - Clogged Printed - Curing Settings (Oven) - Pressing Settings (Heat Press) Not to be overwhelmed, what I would do if I where you. I’d take a look at the list above and slowly try to isolate the possible variables for you own situation and make the best decision and adjustments from there

Hello sir my prints come watery like youshow in your watery print video. I did print on both side paper but still nofix. I did send email you with videos and on insta also plese help me sir

The problem may be with the Print Head itself... A Change might be the next move

My issue started since summer and the weather got hot. After powering and even curing. Seems like a larger smount of glue area around the image showing. Thought It was the paper switched out. Didn't work. Got new powder. Didn't work. Tried a new print head thinking it was over spray. Didn't work 😢 wtf is going on. I can't even print shirts and sell confidently now. After first press decals come up a bit along the glue arra around design. Second press can sometimes fix it. But sometimes 2nd press sticks to the press paper. 3 months no issues. Now heat. Assuming humidity? I even took my printer into the air conditioning. Still isn't working please help. Lmao
