Kanz jewellery has very good collection of gold ornaments and sure you get best price from them. They have 8 shops only in gold souq and they also have 2 branches in Meena Bazar Bur Dubai

Gold has it fixed price. Only jewellery can change in price. Some times they sell 1000 times the real gold price.

On every gold purchase you will be charged with 5% VAT and as tourist we can redeem the VAT amount back in dubai airport. Fir eg: If you pay 100 dirham as VAT then in airport you can redeem 85 dirham ls back.

I would like to tell my experience in gold souq purchasing gold. We get gold at best price than india. We can only carry 22 carrot gold ornaments with us and strictly not recommended to carry 24 carrot gold biscuits or coins or any you may face big problem in india customs. To get 22 carrot gold ornaments for best price I suggest you negotiate as much as you can on making charges and you get making charges less than in india for sure. Show your negotiation skills while purchasing gold
