Drink all of the beers in the strip club
This is Story-Related and only possible during the Chapter 'Duke Nukem's Titty City'. There is a total of 9 beers. One is behind the locked door. The code is 4768. Get all the other stuff that is required to proceed with the chapter. After giving the items to the stripper you can enter the last room.

There's actually a guide video somewhere around here. I believe this very user has a video on it. Basically, what you do is get the x2 bonus at the very least, x6 or more if you can manage it, and then just catch the ball with the upper-left flipper. Quickly, lightly tap it to send the ball int oteh three panels above it, then quickly, gently tilt the machine to the left to make the ball return to the flipper, and repeat once the panels return. Repeat until one million points.

I did the same. My Gamestop had it for $5, brand new and still in its original wrapping. At first I thought it was a joke.

@UltraGamer457 I found it rather fresh with all these nowadays shooters around. I know DNF has some new "pop" features too now, but it still was different. It had little puzzles, didnt have annoying cutscenes, awesome old&new oneliners and as Duke would say: it had babes, bullets, bombs ! There were some things i would have changed i admit it, but i would give the game at least 7/10 or even 8 out of 10 just for being fresh. However, everybody are entitled to their opinion.

@f4t45h35 nononono i mean i keep letting myself get knocked down in the begining of the game and pretty much everywhere else but its not giving me the achievement and the only cheats im using are grayscale mirror and head size.

@F4Dogfighter Yup. Try mixing it with steroids... during one of the more chaotic gun fights... in a dark, possibly reddish area. I did it in the casino where the pigcops and flying guys were dropping in from the ceiling because they kept handing my ass to me. Needless to say, I finally beat them all, but I couldn't tell until the effects wore off. Just a blurry, wobbly, blotchy red haze. Also ya, I suck at FPS... this, Portal1/2 and the old Duke3D, Wolf3D and Doom are the only ones I play.
