Dukes of Hazzard Season 3 and 4 intro and credits

In season 3, Rick Hurst as Cletus replaces the departed Sonny Shroyer in the intro. Season 4's intro has new footage for Bo. The included end credits have a different arrangement of the ending theme, which lasted from season 4 till the end of the series.

Born in 70, I watched this as it came out, not some re-run on cable. It was a whole different world then. This wasn't some "country music, country channel, country" kind of show, it was an everybody show. Sucks how the passage of time changes things

That's what turned me onto it though. I was born in 92 and I aint no farmer but I live way out in the country to the point of shitty internet and halfway decent tv cable. So I pretty much grew up a country boy spent most of my life outdoors working and hunting and fishing and I didn't watch tv that often but when i did i watched dukes of hazzard reruns. The reason i like it aint just cause they were country, it's just that it was interesting like you were saying. It tore my heart out when they took it off the air because it's like they took part of my child hood from me

I always say I was born in the wrong decade, I was born in 90 but I'm always going to choose really anything from the 70s and 80s then anything today. I watch a couple of current shows but that's it.

I was born in the 70s in England, grew up watching the dukes, Knight rider, a-team and the fall guy. Those sort of shows will never come back, too much cgi and technology now. Watching them back is pure escapism. Brilliant

Have to agree. These were real life stunts. Men with balls of steel. A lot of tv programs today are lame and boring. The 70's and 80's was the best time watching tv.

I still can't see the old Warner Bros logo at the end of a show and not expect the Rosco "cuk yuk yuk" at the end of it.

Yes I had him sign my Dukes box set. He looked surprised and revived that it wasn't another piece of star trek stuff. Great guy.

If you look when the car first jumps toward the camera, right before they blow up the outhouse.....if you look at the left wheel you will see a mounted camera...I always saw that and for years didn't know what it was. Bit I found out when I was about 14...still loved this show. Still do and I own 1 -6 years...loved every year.

Today's Tv shows suck next to shows like this and The A-team, knight Rider , Chips Fall Guy ,BJ and the Bear , my favorite Martian , MacGyver , Magnum PI , and some more of the great shows .

@Charles Kline The modern time has *some* good stuff. 1. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic 2. RWBY 3. Doctor Who (David Tennant). So, it's not *all* bad. But, yeah I agree with you some. The 80s was *the* decade for the good stuff.

Here some more facts for ya: This show was out when Richard Dawson was still hosting Family Feud, Wink Martindale was still hosting Tic Tac Dough, Judge Wapner still ruled The People's Court and Roy Clark was still hosting Hee Haw This was also out when CBS still had One Day at a Time, The Jeffersons, Archie Bunker's Place, Alice, Trapper John, M.D., Simon & Simon, The Bugs Bunny Road Runner Show and Dick Clark was still hosting American Bandstand, Pyramid and TV's Bloopers and Practical Jokes

interesting fact for you..in season 3 x07 'uncle boss' (the one that was supposed to air in S2..has the police car ramping the cliff instead of the general lee :)

Consider this; Season 3 aired in 1981. The '69 Dodge Charger would've been considered a used car at the time, as it was 12 years old. A 12 year old car now would be an '06. So take a good look at your '06 Ford Mustang or your '06 Dodge 4-door charger. One day that thing will be worth way more than what some tool on craigslist is offering you for it.

thats a tarrific jump the guy dose across the bonnet of the genral lee at 1.15 !! trying work out how he dose it. like a jump over then soft lands on the knee slides acroos the bonnet and jumps down. fair play

I agree the movie was a pos and Hollywood is gutter sewage now a days. I remember this being on tnn. I had a homemade birthday cake for my 12 birthday with the general jumping off of it
