Black Cardamom= 4
Cinnamon Stick= 5
Mace Flower= 1
Nutmeg= 1/4
Cloves= 10
Green Cardamom= 12
Black Pepper= 40
Royal Cumin Seeds= 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds= 1 tbsp
White Poppy Seeds= 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds= 1 tbsp
Dry Coconut= 1/4
FOR THE DUM:
Oil= 300 gm
Onion= 7
Mutton= 2 kg
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Rose Petals Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 5 tbsp
Bay Leaf= 4
Curd= 250 gm
Roasted Chickpea Flour= 3tbsp
Yellow Chilly Powder= 2 tsp
