Ye to south Indian item, kyonki hum bhi ise banate hain. Ise Telugu me 'Guttu Vankai Pulusu' kahate hain. Ise 'Pulusu' isliye kahate hain kyonki yah imali ke ras se banaya jaata hai. Yah bahut tasty hota hai. Aise hi Egg, Fish Pulusu' bhi banaya jaata hai. Mere muh me paani aa raha hai. Ye mera favorit hai.

Man my family is from Hyderabad Deccan, but we make it very differently. Main difference is we brown onion on tawa not in oil.

200 ml oil plus the spices released more oil that’s almost 300 ml oil for the 10 eggplants curry - the eggplants floating in oil swimming pool 😂 I think we can also swim in that curry
