Nice find on the foam roller. I love using a roller to work on my knotted fascia/muscles and the new puppy got ahold of it when I accidentally left it out and I haven’t replaced it yet.

Steph, don't feel so bad about losing the grab sticks. I think you might do it bcuz you are just "in the moment" or feeling the effects of the rush of adrenaline of getting away with what you are doing every day. I'm not meaning that in a bad way at all bcuz what you are doing is awesome! It's just that you have to be so very brave yet so very sneaky about doing it to "get away" with any kind of good score to save stuff from a landfill or to recycle stuff somehow. I seriously commend what you are doing. I wish I was physically able to do it. I also wish I had a close friend that would have my back to be a loyal lookout like you & Steve.
