just to let yall know, the clip of the frankfurt fans making that stadium move like that is not dangerous or concerning because the stands are built to do that. the same architectural technology is used in skyscrapers and bridges in some cases. theyre designed to withstand tectonic activity. if it was a solid structure that doesnt allow movement, it would have crumbled. but the way its designed allows the fans to go crazy.

The thing is, European fans don't need cheerleaders in the stands to encourage fans to support our teams, we just go crazy because it's passion. Europe is passionate about football, or rugby, or other sports, and the fans show it. The rugby world cup is next year, come on over and be a part of the passionate atmosphere. 😃

Football fans are pretty crazy in a good way. They will welcome anyone really as long as you support their team. They have calmed down a bit over the years tho. Back in the 80s things were bit more hectic. I remember matches being cancelled because overzealous fans. Riots etc. It was rough back then. They take their football very seriously.

I´am a Borussia Dortmund Fan (The first european club you saw, peoples marching down the street), many Football Fans have multiple clubs in diffrent countrys. For me It´s Borussia Dortmund (my first and biggest love) in germany, FC Liverpoool in england and Real Madrid in spain. Don´t take it to serious but if you walk with us, take it serious or just relax, enjoy the ride ;) We have often english people coming over to enjoy our marches to the stadium and the experiences in the stadium as well. If you ever visit a game try to catch a derby. It does not matter wich derby you catch, there are so many but i can guaranteee you this: Every Derby, not matter wich league or country in europe, is lit as frick guys. These experiences will last a life time. Also: Most parts of the stadium behind the goals are reserved for the people with their annual tickets, these are also mostly standing places so more people can fit in there and make the stadium go wild. If the stadium erupts in a massive explosion of ecstasy it will start mostly in the south or noth sections, every club has their fans on a diffrent side. In Dortmund the Südtribühne, the largest standing area in a german football club is one of the worlds most known parts of our stadium or like it´s called in german, die gelbe wand wich means the yellow wall due to our club colors, yellow and black. And our local rivals, the FC Schalke, has their fans stationed in their home stadium in the north part of the stadium so it´s blue white against yellow black, south part of the stadium vs the north part of the stadium ;)

You have to remember a lot of these clubs were formed over 100 years ago. Football in Europe is tribal and always will be.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have a look at a Scottish Cup Final, the oldest cup competition in WORLD football. In 2016 Hibernian, one of the biggest clubs in Scotland outside Celtic and Rangers, hadn't won the "Big One" for 114 years!! That year Hibernian scored a injury time winner to win 3-2! There was a massive pitch invasion then when it clears we sing our anthem. Sunshine on Leith. 30,000 Scarves in the air singing the most beautiful song, it's our you'll never walk alone. You WILL NOT regret it. Scottish people are the most fanatical football supporters in Europe when it comes to population. Thanks from Scotland. Every single national competition is like that (to an extend). When you have continental European's teams competing against each others, thousands of fans are gathering, organizing, and making sure they will be there to "support" their respective teams. Football in Britain and Europe is like religion. Fans follow their teams loyally and faithfully. There is lots of conflict between supporters. I'm so glad the violence is now greatly reduced. I LOVED your reactions to the European games, you both just smiled all the way through. I'm not a fan of football, but I LOVE rugby. The supporters are JUST as passionate, and the rivalry is fierce but friendly. One big difference, is that in football, fans are kept separate, but in Rugby, it's not needed. Then after the game, lots of beer is drank, with opposing supporters in the same pub. Have a look at the British football chants. They are BRUTAL !!! Nobody escapes from them. There is lots of swearing. I watched another American reactor watching and listening to the chants, and he couldn't believe his ears. He said " How is this legal" !! That's Freedom of Speech right there !! I think the difference between USA and UK and Europe is the age of the teams. In the UK some of the club's are 100 years old, so sons, fathers and grandparents would support the same team, and in America, the club's are young. 😊 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏉

The cool side of football is that there are hundreds and hundreds of different teams all over the world if not thousands and many of the teams have crazy fans, different types of supporting culture, clubs, etc. From Argentina to Russia, from South Africa to Norway! From Indonesia to Mexico!
