You can place stove in east wall and obviously sink moves to south side. We do such things. Hope it won't be a problem. Am not a vastu consultant. sorry.

Sir if we opt for high sealing we may not be able to get two electric lines for the house.Correct me if I am wrong As all knows that two lines always reduces the eb bill

Legally you should not have two separate EB connections for a single house. For an apartment complex you can have separate lines for houses and one for common services.
