Recipes to learn:-
1. Fafda from scratch
2. Vanela gathiya
3. Jalebi
4. Papaya nu sambharo (Salad)
5. Besan chutney (kadhi)
6. Farsan special fried chilli
1. Fafda from scratch
Ingredients:
- 500 gms Gram flour
- 12 gms Salt
- 4 gms Farsan Soda
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1/4 Oil (50 gms)
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
For Besan Curry:
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Paste
For Tempering:
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Whole Coriander
2. Papaya Salad
- 1 cup Raw Papaya (Grated)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Spice Mix:
- 1 tsp Whole Coriander
- 1 tsp Whole Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Carmon Seeds
- 20-25 Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Rice Flour
3. Jalebi
- 1- 1/2 cup Refined Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup Urad Daal
- 2 tbsp Curd
- Water as Required
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
For Sugar Syrup:
- 4 cup Sugar
- Saffron
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cup Water
- Orange Red Color (Optional)

So the urad ki dhal half cup we make paste with curd. Then keep for fermenting for 24 hour then maida and mix together and mix 1teasp baking powder, then we fry the jelabis. mam have I understood correctly. Reply me. Thanks mam
