@@HiHi-nw7vx once he goes on duty he is back after 20-30 hours then he has a fixed rest time of 16 hours then he again go to duty

@Girish Patil Not quite. A minor problem such as a screw missing can cause the aircraft to crash. Even though aircraft has autopilot, the pilots do not control everything, and they have seconds to decide what to do in case of emergency, just like loco pilots. If there is a small mistake on the side of ATC, then within seconds two aircrafts will crash in air, just like railway traffic management. Just bcos aircrafts don't have signals, doesn't mean the pilots job is easier than locopilots. Both of the jobs require a lot of skill and responsibility and mental aptitude. My qualification? I am an aerospace engineer. And unlike trains, aircraft flies at 0.9 Mach. And aircraft engines cost more than locomotive. Comparing the professions of locopilot and airplane pilot is a foolish thing to do.

LP & ALP are the actual heroes who take all preventive measures, responbilities on their shoulders, for reaching his train with passengers & goods to their destination with all coordination with guard. Very strenuous duty discharging by both. I always salute them for such duties in all type of extreme climatic conditions, fault, day & night.. We should be proud enough to LP & ALP for reaching us safely.,👍📯🔊✌️📢

The duties of running staff is to be alert second by second and perform their duties entrusted to them without a single mistake for year after years. A single mitake may welcome casualities a large number of people and loss of properties and goods .Sometimes loss of railway revenues and disruption of traffic services for indefinite period.
