Columns 3: The Revenge of Columns. This time it's personal. I wish this game's story was about the Columns getting revenge on the player who destroyed the previous Columns.

It certainly looks better than the first one, so that's something. The music really started to get on my nerves towards the end though. To make things worse, the mean bean machine also came out this year, and a comparison between them would be very mean to Columns 3.

I didn't know the genre was this old already. Granted I also much more know these types of games from mobile gaming than anything. So... maybe that explains it.

Match-3 puzzle games go back to the arcades. They got big on mobile, though.
