Prayers for the biological Mother 🙏🏾

They need to let that child transition at 18 or older. The child’s mother doesn’t even agree with this stuff.

His mother isn’t down with any of this. The fact no one mentions her or her thoughts is disheartening

I think people forget that it does not matter how you identify. When you have to see a doctor or go to ER you will be treated/diagnosed as a male or female. There is no way around it. You can name yourself whatever you want.

Dawson the issue is that the real mother has issues with the transition. Please speak on that. Research and the real mother.😮

No father I know would have been so quick and willing and eager to allow their son to make such a drastic move like this especially at such a young age.

We as parents are supposed to train a child in the way they should go. In my opinion we are failing our kids by allowing them to be subjected to all this worldly behavior.

I think its best to wait until 18...preferably 25 to make any major life decisions. The brain is still developing and younger people are extremely susceptible to influence. Best wishes the the family

It's quite interesting that they're portraying themselves as loving, supportive parents, yet, we have NEVER seen them publicly support Dwayne's "break" or "outside" son. That lil boy has to be btwn 5-8yo, but he's not on red carpets, in family pics, at family events etc with The Wades. IJS..if they're so publicly accepting, publicly accept AND acknowledge the break baby too🤔😡

The celebrities who dressed as women & made money off of it were playing a character & they were full grown adults. They were not young, impressionable teenagers or young children being GROOMED for that lifestyle so comparing grown adult actors to young, impressionable children being groomed is not a fair or accurate comparison.

My problem with all of this is: Who is the PARENT? And who is the CHILD? These days the CHILD IS THE PARENT AND THE PARENT IS THE CHILD. These children are ruling them and telling them what they want instead of the parent stepping up to them. Look at how Chicago's teens is RUNNING A MUCK. They have taken over that city because the parents just doesn't have control anymore. So in this case Zaya has made an Adult Decision that the Parents should have acted accordingly a long time ago. Simple. I never let my children tell me what they want that is my job as a parent. It's okay to talk to your child but find out why he is like this. Something had to happen to him to be like this because there is no way he was born like this. That's the big mystery. What aren't they telling us why this young man want to be a girl who can't even give birth to give to them grandchildren? Didn't they let Zaya 🧍‍♂🧍‍♀get the surgery? And if he did get that surgery, the surgeon and the parents should be locked up👮‍♂🔐👮‍♀🚔for letting the doctor perform that procedure to a child even with the their consent. 🧾📜 What in the world would make them let a child decide something this serious and is still wet behind the ears. Or can't even drive yet nor drink alcohol but yet you are letting him make a decision like this. This is truly a Sad Sick Situation. 😥🤮🤧🤢Sustained. 👩‍⚖⚖🧑‍⚖⚖👨‍⚖

True, he can raise his children anyway he wants. But, because he chooses to make such a public affair of it (like his basketball career) people are going to speak their personal thoughts on it. They made it the topic of their public life. So they had to expect public input.

I'm sorry Dawson but I can't get with you on this. I have absolutely no respect for Dwayne Wade and Gabrielle Union. I do not like how they did the biological mother at all! I have met the biological mother at a network event in Atlanta. She was such a nice lady. She is far from crazy! She has a gospel podcast and she is an author. She has a gag order and cannot talk about the situation in regards to her son or anything about the custody battle they had he regards to both of their sons. The biological mom was the come-up girlfriend for Dwyane Wade. He live with her and her mother and they helped him because he did not have a stable home. And his payback is to take her kids from her to avoid paying child support. She has lost her children! I've heard her story. She tried to fight for her boys but could not compete monetarily. They tried to paint her as being crazy because of the public spectacle she made sitting on the ground holding up a signs to get attention to get her sons back. What mother would not go to the ends of the world to try to get their children back? I wouldn't care who thought I was looking crazy if I was trying to get my son back. She got blasted for that. The biological mother has been made to be the villain when she had no choice. They are evil! She can't even speak on her own child but they can run around everywhere and continuously put that boy on TV to exploit him! It is not right and it's definitely not of God. They will have to pay for what they did to that biological mother. My heart goes out to her because she has to sit back and watch them parade her son around like a spectacle in a circus. That's who I'm praying for. Them 2 can go to hell for all I care! 🤷🏾‍♀️

I think we are normalizing a lot of ppl deep-rooted issues bc we are afraid to address the elephant in the room. Which to me isn't helping ppl psychological state of mind, neither the abuse many have encountered. It's sad to me, but to each its own. We can compare and point out many issues on the heterosexual side as well... and all that might be true. My mother was a foster parent for over 35 years! She began fostering children when I was nine years old! And many of those children who came to live with us as they grow older grew a preference for same-sex, whether they were male or female, because of the trauma that they had endured prior to coming into foster care! so again, I say with much enthusiasm we are not born with a “sexual “preference it is developed whether is through trauma, curiosity or untrained behaviors such as a parent not teaching their child one thing or another just like people who don’t teach their children to not hate! you have to teach your children and then, as they become mature adults or mature young people, then they can make the decision of what they want to do sexually! 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️

Magic Johnson's Son identifies as a Woman but Magic did not run a Campaign forcing it down people's throat. The issue for me is that i believe the intentions are not solely for Zaya or the Community but for their own personal gain and relevancy. Let me say this respectfully, I was confused when this child showed her boyfriend, that was a girl that was identified as a boy. So that was an opposite x relationship!? Does anyone remember that???

It's nothing wrong with having a gender transfer but I think it should be a law that the transition should only come at the ages of 18 or 21. Give that child brain to form so they don't feel if they made a mistake.

Dawson, I've never posted a comment on your show. I’m really grateful that you shared this knowledge. So many people live in everyone else’s house and for the life of me I don’t understand it. And whether Dwaine Wade and Gabrielle are wrong or right it’s no one else’s business. I just happen to see this comment before writing this someone wanted to know does the child's mother have an opinion, with all due respect that’s nobody’s business. Only if people, especially Christian folk, were able to instill the word of God in their own lives because they are definitely not doing it at all. I personally believe it would please the Lord, and if you think someone is wrong for whatever reason pray for them cause I guarantee you that no one can tell any of them how to raise their own child. Having a child undergo surgery is extremely painful.

The Wades should have kept Zaya's transition private if they didn't want the negative attention. I also take issue with Wade's ex-wife being completely cut out of their children's lives . Plus i have to give both of them the "side eye" because they refuse to acknowledge the child he had outside of their relationship. They are not a picture of the perfect family to me. My prayers are with Zaya and his siblings.

I will have to say I cannot support an underage child making such a decision. Once they grow up and support themselves outside of my home they can live their best life and let God be the judge but not under my roof and not with my hard earned money.

Do what you wanna, but I think when people are transitioning or have transitioned, it should be marked on their Drivers License or ID 🪪 that they are Trans ⚧ from particular gender to another because a lot of these Trans ⚧ are not telling people when they meet that they are trans ⚧ and that’s deception, and people should be able to make an informed decision about who they want to date, marry and have a relationship with. So much I could say about this topic. I speak to young people everyday, particularly young people who do not have the support of their parents for a variety of reasons. It is difficult to be a parent and a child if your parents are not available emotionally, physically or both. It takes a lot for either parent to lose custody of their child and have no say-so in their life. Not sure the circumstances surrounding D-Wade how he obtained custody of the children. I've learned to be supportive whether I agree or don't agree that's not my call. My concern is for the children and how adult decisions affect them for the rest of their life. Okay, here I go: church people can be brutal and hurtful with their mouth by speaking words that cause permanent damage based on their own personal beliefs. When Jesus was here he was very hard on the church not so much on the world, but the church and their behavior. So in my opinion, the church needs to clean up their own house, look within and not without.

Mind ya business. Let this man raise his child in the way they see best . Many parents throw there kids out and or the child commits suicide . So don’t judge . Live your life and be sure your kids are truly happy .

No one wrote a manual on child raising but in Proverbs 22:6 it says to train up a child in the way he should go and when he/she is old he will not depart from it. If we raise children to be decent human beings and how to treat people then we've won half the battle the rest is on them and God. Everyone has a right to raise their kids the way they see fit but, he should've made him wait to transition until he's grown. Regardless of his transition he'll always be a boy to me because that's what he was born as. If he was my child I would still love & support him. He's a kid & wouldn't get to make an adult decision until he's an adult. I will say, it's their child & they can do whatever they want with their child. If I was his biological mother, I would've had something to say about all of this especially if I don't agree! What if he changes his mind once he's grown after changing his body, then what? He would be confused & depressed cause there's no turning back.

I personally don't believe in children transitioning at such a young age. But, the fact is the child has already started transitioning, so at this point, it's neither here nor there....🤷🏾‍♀️

His child. His choice. If he thinks its better in California's political climate, I applaud him. He has the resources so many other don't that want to go. Florida is the battle front against LGBTQ Plus and its not a fun fight...but its one we will battle.

the only problem I have with this situation is that they are I think allowing the child to be so open at such a young age instead of letting them grow into who they want to be and by the age of accountability and adulthood they can make that decision for themselves with a fully developed adult mindset and also the fact that the biological mother is being basically shut out of this whole situation and transitioning no matter if the father has custody and the stepmother or not to not include the biological mother in on any decision-making or conversation or planning or anything I think it's just that part for me is just outright wrong. 😙

I don't have any issues with the LGBTQ community. I do have issues with a child being trans. The keyword here is child. I don't want to be accused of ruining my child's life if they grow up and decide they no longer want to be trans. "I need therapy because you let me wear dresses and makeup as a child"! This is a possibility therefore it's best for them to transition as an adult. Zaya probably has a security team around her every time she leaves home. I can only imagine what other trans kids go through who aren't as entitled. I won't be complicit in my child being mocked and bullied by enabling him to wear a dress and watching him come home with a black eye from school every other day.

They have done what they feel is best for the child's mental and emotional well-being. People do not need to agree to empathize. This takes a certain level of maturity and thinking out of the box. People, in general, are just too nosey. This is the reason why I asked my manager to move me to the back of my apartment complex. Now, I can focus on my goals without the prying eyes of others .

My 6'4 200+ pounds of muscle Nephew that played highschool football and was being groomed to go pro has traded in his football uniform for the cheerleaders uniform.......My sister saw something in him that was softer so she thought pitting him in football would make him more masculine.....NOT.......he is now a she and WE still cant wrap our heads around it.......PS, I havent seen him as a SHE yet and Dont know how to take all that in!!!!! I Mean a big and tall but acts/lives like a female......my sister has been going through it as he transitions.......she supports (her) but it took ALOT of tears and counseling to get her there as in acceptance...............
