After having this lift for a couple months now and having been on a couple road trips, used it as my daily driver and taken it on some trials I feel like now is a good time to go over the lift as a whole with you guys.

Love the content on the 2 Door, finally parted with my 14 JKU Sahara and decided to go with the 2 Door Rubicon, man I couldn't be happier. Absolutely love it.

Awesome! Congrats on the new Jeep. Two doors are definitely a lot of fun. Off-road you can basically fit them anywhere

Just got the Mopar lift added to my 2021 2Dr Rubicon JL with AT. On the road there’s no noticeable difference in ride quality except the height. Have not had it off-road yet but I am certain the extra 3 inches will be worthwhile. Unlifted with the 35” Nittos it appeared hunkered down, but now it looks ready for anything. The Mopar springs are made specific to each side and that keeps everything level. Was able to find online price at old $1,315. Sadly, most outlets have jacked their prices up & used supply chain delays as their excuse. Quartzsite AZ trip scheduled next month & excited to see what it can do off-road.

Nice! you'll definitely like the extra height offroad! Im thinking I probably should've gone with the Mopar one. but maybe down the road ill get a full system from metal cloak or something

Road chatter "a bit more"? What tire pressure do you run for on-road driving? I find 30 psi the best road pressure for steering, comfort, and tread wear using the chalk test on my 33" KO2s on my 4 door 2021 Rubicon.

Thanks for the video. I am still trying to decide between this, AEV or just go full bore and get a Metalcloak lift.

If you don't mind dropping the cash, then I would probably go with the Metal cloak 6 pack game changer or a teraflex system with the adjustable falcon shocks. That's what I'm leaning towards doing in the future with the 2 door and the 392. Thanks for watching!

The kit only came with shocks and springs? No brake line extension, stabilizer end links, bump stops?

I am getting the Rubicon extreme recon package with the 100:1 crawl ratio next year, which comes with the lift kit and 35’s straight from the factory

Definitely a super solid option. It’s hard to find trails where you truly NEED more than that. If people run the rubicon in stock JL rubicon wranglers, a 2in lift and 2in larger tires should be more than enough in most cases. (But I’ve never been there so maybe I’m wrong haha) Thanks for watching!

@@drivenmad2089 Well I sold my Rubicon to Carmax they gave me more than my local Jeep dealer, the Rubicon extreme recon package with the 100:1 crawl ratio is available later this year, so I will be placing order for it next year plus it gives me more time to save for it . The only one that you can order now is the extreme recon package with the v6 automatic and the 392 Rubicon. So I am a die hard manual fan at base, so I am waiting patiently

I just got this from Northridge for my 2 door JL Rubicon 2.0L. I've got the molar steel bumpers and a 10,000 pound winch. I didn't realize until seeing the directions that it's not meant for 2 doors... all the store websites say it fits 2 doors too. I contacted Northridge, they said it would fit but sit a little higher and the shocks might be fully extended. I REALLY wanted this lift though... would you recommend going with it... or sending it back for a different 2 door specific lift?

Personally, after having it for a while, I’d go with a 2 door specific lift. Unless you live in an area with EXTREMELY smooth roads I’d much rather have a system specially developed for the light weight of the 2 door that way it rides a but better and still preforms great off-road.

Good video/info! Thanks! Went to order the Dynatrac lift and read it was for four door model wrangles but came across the video! I have a 2 door jeep Rubicon as well. Glad to see what to somewhat expect/see! Did you by any chance do adjustable track bars etc. was just going to install the kit and go from there 😬

Got some minor things coming for the 2 door. Nothing too crazy, just to make it a bit “better”. No light upgrades in the plans for the moment. Thanks for watching!

I dont know the exact number off hand but it’s never Gone above the “normal” range. Even after 6 or so hours of slow speed stuff in Moab. Thanks for watching!

Nope, stock drive shaft. Haven’t had any issues so far

Personally I heard better things about the dynatrac. A buddy of mine got the Mopar lift on his JK and he’s not happy with it at all. That being said, I do know of people who like the Mopar one.

@@drivenmad2089 I got the Mopar 2” for my diesel for a few reasons, primarily because when I bought the diesel (JLUR), it was the only one tuned for the heavier weight. With that said, I have no complaints and was just curious why you chose it.

@@GDeemerEsq being tuned specifically for the vehicle is definitely a huge plus. Good to know you’re enjoying it. I either need to add weight to the Jeep or a lift specifically for the 2 door. My daily commute is on TERRIBLE roads haha
