2023 US Nationals Four Minute Free

The final flight of the US National Aerobatic Championships is the Four Minute Free Program. The Four Minute Free is a stand-alone program that doesn't affect the category champions. The performance duration must be between 3 minutes 30 seconds and 4 minutes.
The judges are looking for:
Technical Merit - Complete use of the flight envelope, use of aerodynamic and gyroscopic forces, execution of individual maneuvers and use of a wide variety of figures flown on different axes and flight paths.
Artistic Impression - pleasing and continuous flow of figures, contrasting dynamic and graceful maneuvers, symmetry and use of the performance zone.
Commentators on the Four Minute Free Program: Luke Penner, Team Captain of the Advanced Canadian Team and Ryan Chapman Advanced Canadian Team member.

That's all incredible flying. Holland's skills are difficult to even wrap my head around. Wow...

They were all great! Rob is just on another level! His record speaks for itself and how incredible he really is. Rob Holland and Sean Tucker have always been my favorites at airshows. What those guys can do with their airplanes is crazy like you're watching an R/C airplane. All of these pilots are incredible and I still wonder how their bodies can handle the maneuvers they perform. Great flying by all!

I thought that in the Four Minute Free the pilots also had to blend music into the routine

Yes, there was music. The speakers were not close to the camera, so between that and the wind that day the camera could not pick up the sound.

Music would have been better. IMO the commentary didn't add much and if anything it detracted from the flights. Best would be to hear only the engine/prop.
