About Really Mental.
Really Mental with will hyde & Harrison Kennedy is a podcast breaking down the universal issues young adults face coping with mental health, identity, and self-esteem. Through open and honest conversations about their journey, we host Gen Z and Young Millennial guests that are living in the spotlight during the age of ever present social media. Really Mental highlights that no matter who you, we all face similar experiences on the path to finding ourselves. We want you to know that no matter who you are, you are not alone. Welcome to the Mental Family.

The thing is once you reach these goals you set you should celebrate yourself. Lots of people get there and just say…. That’s it? No one will give you the validation you need other than yourself. YOU did a lot of work. YOU pulled yourself up and out to reach that success. Celebrate it! You’re a badass! Then set a new goal and continue to learn about yourself. A similar scenario of goal reaching is when people buy a car or house and think that is what success means to them… or society… when in reality that’s not the case. Success is what you define it to be and what ultimately makes your life and those around you a better place. A creation of something beautiful. Your job does not equate to your value as a human being and neither does your successes! But let me remind everyone ! All these feelings they talked about, everyone feels them at some point in their life! And that’s ok! You’re not alone and everyone else is trying to figure out what happiness is or what is the purpose to their lives! And it looks different to everyone!

Jae has reverted to black hair, but he still has his blonde dye here, so this must be pre-recorded.
