I'm really concerned about the current bank situation, especially with a major bank like SVB failing. A friend's startup was severely impacted by the bank run. I've withdrawn over $640k, as the FDIC only covers up to $150k. I want to invest in the stock market-any advice on how to proceed?

It is a government inspired crisis this time. The Treasury have to sell Bonds to cover the trade imbalance and the government spending imbalance. In order to sell them they have to raise interest rates and the old long-term, low risk, low interest, AAA investments (including Treasury Bonds), held by the banks (often due to government regulatory policy), become next to worthless. The next milestone is the 15th when the government issue a new batch of Bonds. I have approximately 350k stagnant in my portfolio that needs growth. What is the best way to take advantage of this downturn?

It feels good to see the market in green, but just how long until we actually break even, I’m the average retail trader, DCA-ing, buying and holding on to stocks for eons, but it’s like I’m up 5% today and down 17% the next week, Yes the market is very Darwinian, there’s winners and losers, and it’s looking like I’ve been on a losing streak, while others make huge 6figure gains in the same market. What strategies are these folks using?

S`tay strong. I think the market will suffer more downtrends before full recovery, esp. with the inflation, hiked interest rate and looming recession bound to happen 2023, you should understand the market is not just finance and valuation, it’s history, it’s market psychology, it’s understanding how the world moves, which is why at this point in time, it’s ideal to work with an Investment-adviser with an unparalleled track record, from first hand experience, I could say they stand a better chance than most of us ever would and it has been reflecting on my portfolio. If your money has been honestly obtained you won't lose it after the coming global financial and banking crash. At most there will be a few weeks or months while the new governments and QFS become fully operational. The charitable view is that this video is a superficial PUFF piece designed to gaslight and misdirect viewers into thinking that: Banks are useful, and necessary and that “THEY ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE, meaning the fraudulent criminal institutions we call banks will always be with us. THEY WON’T! After the coming global financial and banking crash banks as we know them will cease to exist. They will be replaced by a genuine, honest, quantum electronic system which eliminates fractional reserve banking and ALL the financialistaion criminality they breed. EVERY person will have total personal control of his/her finances under the UNHACKABLE QFS (however described) through use of a Q phone account that only the holder can operate. EVERY nation’s Treasury will RESUME responsibility for CREATION of the nation’s asset backed (by gold, silver and precious metals) money supply on an INTEREST FREE basis. That means that governments will no longer need or be able to impose income taxes which are unlawful anyway. Moreover, as money will no longer be manipulated by privately owned Central Banks and the banks they control; AND money will NOT be treated as a commodity and a store of value which can be hoarded and used to control and manipulate people, the global population will RETAIN the full value of their production and labour. In other words our world will almost immediately experience abundance and prosperity instead of our current dystopia in which increasing numbers of people are experiencing poverty, scarcity and want. Everyone will be able to have a home and a descent life. Thank you for your free content here! This information is valuable and i will repeatedly watch until i know it like the back of my hand. I live in a third world country and the common person just isn't exposed to this info and financial topics tend to be intimidating. The average person knows only to save savings in a savings account ...or a tin can.

Third World nations will have their money at One to One PAR value with all other nations' money under the QFS after the coming global financial and banking crash. The first known examples of paper currency as we would understand it today were created in China during the Song Dynasty (AD 960-1279). Promissory notes known as "Jiaozi" were printed by a group of merchants in Sichuan during the reign of Emperor Zhenzong (AD 997-1022).

correction madam, in fractional reserve banking the banks holds a tiny reserve around 1 to 3% of the money to be loaned out and then generates digital money ie creates money out of nothing and lends it out to the borrower, when the borrower brings back the money plus some interests, the bank cancels the digital codes of that money and profits on the interests, allowing banks to profit from nothing

I think there will come a time where banks will “open up” about the system they use in closed doors which will make it seem like individuals have “control” over what happens to their money.

I think the future of banking will remain relatively good, since most if not all people require financial services. But, banks should also impose good, responsible, and trustworthy practices because they play a key role in a country and people's economic state.

A lot of people have a lot of distrust in the banking system after SVB. With that in mind, I think people are going to start hoarding a small percentage of their money and investing in projects and investments that allow them to liquidate their assets very quickly. Most will probably start putting what FDIC will cover in their accounts.

Future of the banks for me, is both bright and dark. Bright for them if the people continue to see their banks as a safe place to keep their money, and banks as usual, continue to keep a fraction of their deposits and use the rest as loans to borrowers. Well, it’s really gonna be dark for banks if people instead would rather invest than save their money. Money is a game of numbers. Buy assets with all the money you got, and don’t stop buying. Don’t Save!.

I am 65 earth years, I seen many changes in my lifetime, I personally think it will be digital online I-phone and scanned squad and cards with few people hold on paper money but cards are easily to deal with. It could even change more than what I mentioned. It very possible and universal system put into place and all funds are tracked for each country. I used to live in barter where give eggs for milk and pairs for apples that was in the 1960's era. Thank great video.

Question on Fractional Reserve Banking; is it the same for a bank to loan out 97% of the deposits vs. considering the whole deposit as 3% of their total asset?
@DizzyNLD
@DizzyNLD 3 ай бұрын
The explanation of how banking works is not exactly complete in this video. The accounting is missing and that is what will answer your question. Banks don’t lend out deposits and deposits also aren’t used as reserves. The deposits are not assets, but liabilities for the banks, they owe you the money. If you take out a loan at a bank, the loan agreement is an asset for the bank because you owe them the money (it is an IOU/promise to pay you made). Then they will create the money in your account as a liability to you. No deposits of other people or reserves are used to lend you the money for the loan. Reserves are accounts they hold at the central bank and any physical cash they hold

Please make a video about the future of banking as a corespondent to Crypto. For example, crypto lovers belive that it would facilitate for a more fair financial system in which banks can no longer take advantage of the average citizen to make their commisions and meet theor margins. A system in which the citizen is only liable to the value that a dolar coin or euro coin holds. Is there any imediate threat to the banking system? In what way is this changing the banking system of today?

Fractional reserve banking isn't bad in its entirety, however bank lending should be regulated and limited to a percentage that amount. So, if a bank has $500 Million on deposit, then it may lend only 40% of that value (example). I saw a good real life example of this in China, when borrowers stop paying their mortgages while others pulled their deposits.

Well people in China stopped paying their mortgage because they have to pay it before the house is even built and they never actually get the property. The system we have just lets bankers print money willy-nilly.
