While exploring in the early/mid game, it's a good idea to build power lines as you go. Once you get the zip line, it becomes that much easier to access points of interest, then in the late game you'll have a head start on connecting distant geothermal generators and radar towers.

That screw receipt is awesome. Mark 2 miner on pure node makes ungodly amount of screws

What I don't understand is that the map isn't unlocked until deep into the Quartz research tree. Having the map early would make this game quite a bit less frustrating. Nice tip on the Alt + right click for a sticker! I'm going to use that!

this is made for update 6 - the map is unlocked much earlier in the new version.
