I found a flaw in this. Even if you skipped the tutorial, the Limestone node you used is impure. It couldn't handle two constructors making concrete that early in the game. I also did not see you pick up any leaves or wood for the biomass constructors. You drop down two containers which magically had biomass in them?

I legit cannot wait for 1.0 and modding tools.... I will create the Mechanicus!!!!

This is real nice. Very lovely to watch. The only clipping i think i dont like is the miner at 5:42 where you can see the power receptacle through the floor. Otherwise super nice.

In my build the first smelter gets the most iron and the rest get less. And my rod smelters get most of the ingots so there isnt much left for the rest. How can i fix this??

It's always interesting to see how other players start. I structured pretty much my entire last start around getting coal power up and running as quickly as possible. The lake near your base is the perfect location for a first coal power plant.

I played this game during the update 2. I decided to make a pause after update 3 till more updates come out. I check whats happening from time to time, see whats new in new updates and around update 6 i decided to try it again. But magic from first playtrough disappeared + it become more complex so i quit. I will probably never play this game again but will check whats new in it forever because it have spacial place in my heart.

I love how you give the high level of the builds and then do the build incrementally. You show the earlier steps working before moving to the later steps. A lot of folks build all the machines, then connect all the belts, the. All the power to turn it on all at once. Drives the engineer side of me mad because that’s a lot of work to complete before validating that the earlier steps work. To each their own, of course, but I prefer your style. Subscribed.

This might be a stupid question, so my apologies in advance to any reading it : Why over-clock any sort of constructor/assembler instead of building additional units and under-clocking them? Over-clocking a miner makes some sense to me once your conveyors can move more than the node can produce, but over-clocking contructors and assemblers doesn't compute in my brain.

How tightly can you put truck stations? My trucks are forever dropping off or picking up from the wrong ones. How can you make the routes simple and smooth - how much to allow for turns, etc. ? How do you avoid trucks driving up on bollards?

nice. honestly i would love to love satisfactory, its agreat game, but the building process itself is such a godawful cancer. the buildings are too big, and belting feels like dying. not as bad as pipes in foundry, but still awful.

Does that method of splitting work well? It looks a lot more compact than the way I do it. I make branches coming off, going to other machines. Rather than a main belt, running perpendicular with splitters coming off in front of the input machines. Does that method work for more than two smelters?

I wanna get back in so badly, but I just can't put another 300 hours into a map, just to have a recipe change obliterate my entire factory (looking at you, Coal power). So I gotta wait on that 1.0

From where do you pick your build style i love i have 100hrs on the game furthest i got is coal power and it looked awfully i just cant figure out a style for my factories

This would work in vanilla, but with Mk++ mod installed I can only supply 7 out of 8 generators
