《early morning》 I went to farmers market and made breakfast

It was a great morning walk〜🌅

✴︎ Today’s breakfast ✴︎
[ vegetable and bacon stew ]
Some bacon, garlic, onions, potatoes, parsley, a bay leaf
1 chicken stock cube
3 servings of water
1 cooking sake
Salt to taste
black pepper
　
[ Smashed cucumber pickles with spicy miso sauce ]
5 mini cucumbers
1 Tbsp ground sesame seeds
A little grated garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp miso paste
Some chili pepper
[ Salmon enoki mixed rice ]
300 g rice
350 ml water
1 Tbsp sake
1 chicken stock cube + 40 ml water (to resolve)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
A pinch of salt
marinated salmon-
1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp mirin, 1 Tbsp sake

butter, mushrooms, herbs, sprouts

I love this new direction. Cooking family type meals and also including breakfast and dinner meals. Also would be fun you see snacks or dishes that could be served for parties or gatherings!!

You are so natural and authentic. I never feel left out as an Asian watching you. The little things like putting the pickle mixture in the cucumbers with your bare hands without using unnecessary crappy gloves , using plain steel utensils like most households instead of fancy sponsored aesthetic utensils , etc. This is so authentic. Imamu next time you go to the farmers market, there's a butcher counter in the southwest corner of the market called Tanjo that has really amazing smoked pork chops! I love them as a treat for myself and I really recommend you give them a try. You don't even need to add salt or anything, just cook them as they are.

Yum! I'm not normally an onion soup person, but that soup looked delicious. What a hearty meal to start the day. Your daughter is adorable protecting her strawberries from her Daddy. My daughter does the same thing if she has something yummy and she doesn't want to share, haha 😂

I have severe allergies and have to live in my car to be safe. I don't have a kitchen and can't cook. Also, my mother never talked to me or cooked food i could actually eat (food allergies) when i was a child. This channel is so healing for me, just to hear your gentle voice, your kids' laughter, your husband's silliness. Thank you for sharing your life with us while still protecting your privacy.

Love going to the farmer’s market early as possible! My local has a lot of local chefs going early and the best items are out to go to the industrial and restaurant tables. It’s such a treat

Everything tastes better from the farmers’ market! Also: When I make smashed cucumbers, I slice them into big chunks first, and then press down with the flat side of my knife until they crack. This video made me so hungry! I love this new content form and can’t wait for the next one! ありがとう 😊

there are farms right near me who will deliver fresh veggies from there farm and even eggs directly to ur door for a mere 5$ extra and I love it, nothing beats a meal made with the freshest of veggies and especially soup and what not are on another level.
