Love the fact that you're such a trust-the-process typa person! No matter how messy it gets or things don't turn out how you wanted, you just improvise while trusting the process, the end results are always pleasing to watch!! My mouth literally waters, but I'm a vegetarian so I can't eat. Also love how husband so appreciative every time 😇❤

Imamu san: if you cook the fish longer skin side down, and wait for the fish to move (instead of using the spatula), the fish skin will stay on 😊
