Olongapo City is very much changed since early days. Lots of little cafés, shopping centers and restaurants. I will be making more videos of Olongapo City in the future.

Yes, Olongapo City has changed very much since her earlier days most places around Olongapo are new and updated, but you do find some old buildings of the past still around. Main gate is biggest change with huge shopping center as soon as you arrive Magsaysay, but change is good and Olongapo City is nice city to visit.

Subic Freeport is coming along well, but Clark seems to be a step ahead for what I have noticed. Subic has tremendous potential

Where was Rock Trax located on Magsaysay?

in the mid 80s, as you walked over the shit river bridge, on the left you had fantasia club, and then rock trax. I was a regular at 24 fender street at the freaks stagger inn. Roger, who was the owner, was a great friend. that whole mall on the right across from where rock trax was, did not exist. it was an empty lot that led into the little houses where all the locals lived on the river. I remember pretty much every bar on magsaysay. none are left from what I can see on your video. at the end where the traffic circle is, they used to have cock fights on the left in a housing area. if you went right at the traffic circle, there was Scottys barbecue. great monkey meat there. at least that's what we were told it was.@@travelingfrogman

I don't really know if base is coming back, but what I notice is much more military around. Having been to Clark Freeport Zone seems much more of a presence though.
