Sooo I'm just wondering if you miss that tostos flavor in the filling? I love the simplicity of this recipe, for sure our ancestors worked very hard to achieve their flavors, luckily for us we are learning different techniques!

Not really. I wanted to use up leftovers. Without leftovers, I cook it like normal.
