- Local Library - I realize this isn't an option for everyone, but I heavily utilize our library. If they don't have books you want, especially if they are newer, request them! Libraries want to fill their shelves with books their patrons want to read and are normally happy to fulfill book requests. If they don't have a book and it's too old for them to get, they can often get books via interlibrary loan as well.
- Libby App - The Libby app is a great way to have access to free audio books as well as e-books. You can use a library card from anywhere (some places will give you library cards online reguardless of where you live), and access thousands of audio books and e-books to check out for free.
- Better World Books - I love what this company stands for. You can buy used or new books from small bookstores, and support getting books in the hands of those who need them. What more could you ask for? www.betterworldbooks.com
- Thrift Books - They offer a massive selection of used books. Earn free shipping with purchases of $10 or more as well as points you can use on future purchases. www.thriftbooks.com/
- Book Outlet - I often get the BEST deals by shopping at Book Outlet. They offer discount pricing on new books in great condition. They often have sales on top of their already low prices, and you can earn rewards to redeem on coupons for future purchases. - Bookshop.org When you buy a book from bookshop.org you can choose a local bookstore to support. This is better for authors and booksellers, keeping the community strong.
