Hi there!!! Today I share my BFFs recipe for homemade empanada dough so you can make some delicious empanadas and impress your friends and family. I hope you like it and try it... if you do, please share your pics with me on Instagram @TheTempHousewife.
The ingredients and measurements are:
* 2 1/3 cups flour
* 2 tbsp oil
* 2/3 cups water (hot)
* pinch of salt

Can I leave the dough in the fridge overnight, then roll out the next day for frying?
