You can bake some Easter cookies and make small arts and craft project. These cookies will surely disappear quickly from the table. In addition, these crisp treats are ideal as Easter gifts or as an Easter decoration. They are sweet and colorful, so they will look good on your Easter table.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 ½ cup sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla
3 ½ cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Directions:
Cream the soft butter with the sugar using a mixer.
Add one of the eggs and mix until incorporated. Add the second egg and vanilla and mix.
Add flour and baking powder.
Cover the dough in cling film and refrigerate it for 24 hours.
Roll out the cool dough on a floured surface and cut out biscuits with egg, bunny and carrot cookie cutters.
Arrange cookies on a tray with sheet of baking paper
Bake for 8 minutes at 180 ⁰C.
Let the cookies cook completely.
Decorate with a royal icing and gel food coloring.
