The unknown cover version of "Eastern Wind" is a cover of Chris de Burgh's 1980 song of the same name. The artist behind the cover version remains a mystery.
The unknown cover version was originally recorded in 1986 by @MellieTerry in Germany - either on NDR 1 (Lower Saxony) or HR 3 (Hesse). Currently, only a 1.5 minute excerpt is available to hear. The cover is in a different style to the Chris de Burgh version, featuring slightly different lyrics and instrumentation, as well as being in a different key. Not much else is known about it.
@jaykay5471 requested I do a cover of the Eastern Wind cover, extending the short snippet to portray the entirety of Eastern Wind in the style of the unknown cover. I was more than happy to oblige and so, present this cover of a cover of Eastern Wind, originally by Chris de Burgh but covered by an unknown artist, covered by myself in the style of the original cover of the original song. (I also now realise that covering a cover is a confusing minefield to describe in words without being forced to enter Inception levels of confusing layers of the word 'cover').

(Also, my apologies for being missing for 6 months! I built a new PC and had to transfer everything over to it.
