I moved into this neighborhood in late November, 2018. This was the best investment we ever made. Oh, and we love this community. Nearby airport, freeway access, shopping, food, everything is here.

Best and most informative Eastmark video by far. Really appreciate your content. Already under contract for a home in the Estates at Eastmark so all this info was really great. Really seems like a community with a lot of potential.

Yes, I can imagine the bus stop must be super busy that place looks awesome. Is it open to the public or just for residents? I can see why it's been top selling.

It's for residents only. If you're just there to tell them you're checking out the community they will let you in under normal circumstances.

But so much more happening on the east side. Tempe/ASU events - airport - SCOTTSDALE bars, Saguaro Lake fun, etc - the east side is where the cool stuff happens. I like the Las Sendas community - so many INCREDIBLE mountain views & so close to the lake, gated & large custom lots for custom homes. It is 20 years old though. My daughter & her family are building in Eastmark.
