[Ingredients]
●Cucumber: 6
●White-dashi: 4 Tablespoon
●Vinegar: 1~3 Tablespoon
●Kelp (kelp tea and mentsuyu Noodle Soup Base)
●Salt: Half of tablespoon
●Sugar: Half of tablespoon
●water: 50ml(can be less if you soak longer)
●Chili pepper
●Ginger
●soy sauce(if you like strong taste)
