Oh thank you Dr. Jo. I recently had a slight lower back pain, till I moved to a bedroom with a less soft mattress. This modified stretch exercise is ust great for me when i sit for long periods at my computer. I love your videos.

Remy said, "Okay, cut! I need a treat!" 😄 I get lower back pain from time to time (house cleaner) and I do a pose like this but with squatting. The little twists allow my back to pop and relieves a lot of tension.

Oh! Español! Nice! Dr Jo, question…i’ve suffering pain in borh sides of my hips, right bellow the gt…and right where the wider part of the itb attaches to the hip bone. It aggraveats when walking even short distances. I’ve been receiving treatment as sciatica, but this thurdsday that was rulled out. The pain affects the front of the things muscles as well. Anything? Thank you so much!

Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. I do have some videos for ITB syndrome and hip bursitis that might help that area. hi Dr Jo. i have a question do you have any videos for a person who is suffering from a stitch during runs. i run 2-3 times a week with my 14yo but she has very painful stitch that doesnt easily go away. we have increased the distance from 3 to 10/11km during last couple of months but the stitch is holding her back from running further. we try to wait and go for a run at least 2 hrs after eating, we do some core workouts and we have now been running regularly for over 6 months so i would expect she would have developed more endurance. during run she often needs to stop and i tell her to do side stretches but generally i dont know how to help her. she did fell on her ribcage when she was 4-5years old which we never examined, i wonder if this is something to do with this.. i would be grateful for any suggestions. Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate her. Everyone is different. If there is any way she can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help her figure out a specific program for her and help answer your and her questions.

Is this stretch safe if you have had compression fractures in your spine from osteoporosis? Or do you have safe back stretches for that circumstance? Thanks!

It really just depends on where they are and how much they are compressed. So, unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.
