Hi doc , I’m Just wondering if that exercises could help me for my broken ribs on my right side , back right side and a bit of front right side under breast . Had my accident last June 16 ,, & the doctor said that I have this bula under breast of 5 cm , that will compress my lungs ? That’s why she send me to the ER stat last time . But the ER only discharge me & said , that bula was there for ages ? Well , my breathing is ok , but my concern is d pain whenever I turn , rise fr the bed nd chair , doing the laundry and reaching high etc . I’m only taking Tylenol every 4 hrs or as needed .

It depends on what stage of recovery you are in and how your body reacts to treatment, but in general, therapeutic exercises can be done 1-3 times a day, every day.

It really just depends on what caused it in the first place, but these exercises will help improve posture by strengthening the muscles.

If I take a bachelor degree in physiotherapy in Australia, will it affect my application for a job as a physical therapist in the US? I know Australians used the term "physio" instead but I am so confused between the 2😅😭

They are the same 😎 Unfortunately, I don't know that answer. I think you would just need to pass the board exams in the US to get your license once you've graduated, but I am sure your program director would be able to help answer your questions.
