This the simplest Caramel Custard Pudding Recipe with only 4 ingredients and can be easily prepared without oven. This is so creamy in texture and taste..
Ingredients
1) Sugar- 10 -12 tsp
2) Water - 2-3 tbsp
3) Milk - 1 ltr
4) Egg Whites - 4
5) Whole Eggs - 4
6) Condensed Milk - 400 gms
7) Vanilla Essense / Vanilla Extracts - 2 tsp

@@ShraddhaMehendarge .. you can use it only if you are not caramelising sugar in it Caramelise the sugar in a separate pan n then pour it into the steel mould u like.. n then add the milk mixture to it
