Easy Crepes with Blender
Recipe:
1 cup all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp melter butter
Rest batter at least 30 minutes before using or over night
Discard the bubbles on the top and mix the batter
Melt butter on medium heat and add batter to fill a thin layer onto the pan
Cook first side for about a minute. Flip onto the other side for about 30 seconds
Enjoy with the crepes with anything that you desire
