Mutton chops crispy fried
Ingredients
-20 mutton chops
-1 Table spoon coriander powder
-1 Table spoon cumin
-1 Table spoon salt
-1 Table spoon chilli flakes
-2 egg
-2 Table spoon garlic paste
-3 Table spoon soya sauce
-5 Table spoon gram flour
Marinate the Mutton Chops:
-Mix 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon chili flakes, 2 tablespoons garlic paste, and 3 tablespoons soya sauce in a bowl.
-Coat 20 mutton chops with the mixture.
-Let it marinate for 1-2 hours.
Prepare the Batter:
-Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
-Add 5 tablespoons gram flour to the beaten eggs and mix well to form a batter.
Coat the Chops:
-Dip each marinated mutton chop into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
Fry the Chops:
-Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
-Fry the coated chops until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve:
-Remove the chops from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot and enjoy your crispy fried mutton chops!
