Ай бұрынI encounter this problem on a regular basis. If you have to run a spark arrestor it needs to be cleaned very regularly. I use Suzuki carb cleaner to soften the carbon, then ultrasonic cleaner to vibrate the worst of it loose and finally a flame to burn off any residual buildup.

I got mine so bad I couldn't see through it at all holding it up to the sun two different times! I use fmf turbine cores now. Nothing wrong with a screen but I'm too dumb to keep up with it. It's not even hard to clean either!

I got better performance from the OEM tail piece, even with the screen removed from the EE piece. Not a fan of the EE tail cone. 200+ hours of racing with one FYI. If you must run a screen I guess it's what you have to do.

I had this same problem. Mine wasn’t nearly that clogged and when I took the silencer off you could blow through it easily. It doesn’t take much to start robbing power from the bike.
