Here's a really fragrant and aromatic ginger scallion sauce you can make in 10 minutes or less! This is super versatile and can be enjoyed in many ways. I love mine with rice (even just plain!), noodles, tofu, stir-fries, etc! :)

You can substitutes with Ramen powder or chicken powder

@@prekshashrivastava2438 There is no need for 5 spices powder on this recipe. Just used 5 things will also taste better. Ginger + Spring Onion + Salt & Vegetable Oil with 1 spoon of Sesame Oil. Don't do exactly like her. Make sure the ginger+ spring onion is peeled clean & washed clean before chopped into a small piece. Cooked the vegetable oil and fried the ginger in less than 1 minute and add spring onion in just a few seconds and place in a bowl. Thereafter sprinkle the salt and 1 spoon of uncooked sesame oil to taste. If you prefer salty, you can sprinkle a little more salt to taste. That's it

@@WomenRightsGroup I would recommend odorless coconut oil or avocado oil. Vegetable oils are rancid and become toxic when heated.

it can last weeks in the fridge (you'll just have to thaw it out at room temp) but the scallions do lose their colour over time so it's best enjoyed within a week or so ◡̈
