Thank you for using light colored yarn, very easy to see I always get confused when I’m at the end of a row which stitch is supposed to be my corner stitch. Is it the last stitch in the row I’m currently working in? Or the first stitch of the next row?

Thank you! So after you finish making your slipstitch to connect it together, you want to chain 2 and then continue by doing the same thing that you did to make the first round of the border. Your chain 2 counts as 1 half double crochet.

Hi there, once you have finished making your first round, you want to chain 2 and continue making a half double crochet in each stitch. Following the same steps for the first round.
