[Easy Korean Recipe in Tagalog] JEYUK BOKKEUM (Pork Stir-Fried in Chili Sauce)

Korean Dishes at your homes, everyone can do it :)
JEYUK BOKKEUM (Pork Stir Fry in Chili Sauce) Ingredients:
- 500g Pork (sukiyaki, liempo, pork steak, or bacon cut)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 white onion
- 1 small carrots
- 1 leeks
- 1 cup cabage
- 2 table spoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
(Chili sauce)
- 4 table spoon chili paste
- 4 table spoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice syrup
(After) drizzle with 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Kapag yan po ang ulam sa canteen namin sa korea naguunahan ang mga koreano sa paglabas ng company, talaga namng napakasarap nyan lalo na ipalaman sa lettuce at lagyan ng ssamjang

It looks yummy but how I wish its not sweet spicy pork but more on savoury taste. I'll try to cook it here in London and since my husband has type 2 Diabetes , I'll add just a little bit of sugar.Thanks for the recipe.

Hi po. Ask ko lang po if i double the amount of meat po, do i need to double the amount of sauce po also? I mean if i cook 1kilo pork, instead of 4tbsp of gochujang magiging 8tbsp po? Hope you’ll answer po mam 🥰🥰😊
