Wonderful idea...homemade mayo! I didn't😊 make it yet, but I did have a lovely chicken salad sandwich for dinner! Thanks so much Lisa for the inspiration for both!!

Hi Lisa If you use a blender it is so much easier, you just pour a slow steady stream of your oil until it’s done. You won’t believe how much faster and easier it is 😊 Love your channel ❤❤

Thanks! I’ve been making Mayo for years and I just dump it all in the jar at once. It blends up very fast and is not runny. I use tsp instead of tbsp for the vinegar and mustard. But yours looks great also.

Hi Lisa, great video. Been making my own mayonnaise for a few years now. It's so much better than store bought because you can add your own herbs to flavor it however you like. Thanks for sharing ❤

Thank you Lisa for sharing. I started making and growing homemade when going through menopause to try and feel better. It does help and I was surprised how much better homemade tastes. My only downfall is I became so much more critical of restaurant food it's hard to find somewhere I would like to eat when not wanting to cook.😊

Harlen and I were just talking about this the other day.....it is so hard to go out to eat now when food is much better at home. Don't get me wrong....I still love to go out to eat bwaahahahhaa.....but with prices so high and food subpar...it's getting easier to stay home lol

I just ran out recently and had to make some. First batch flopped, second was ok but I had to use the first to make the second LOL. I've only had luck with the immersion blender and the yolk instead of whole egg. I don't know why the dijon works to help stabilize it but it does and I fail less often if I use that or spicy brown. I don't split it as often. I could never add the oil slow enough until I got an EVOO dispenser. It really is the best way to make cole slaw dressing.

Thank you, Lisa, for sharing. Homemade mayo is amazing!!! Sometimes we'll add different seasonings like chipotle or garlic to the mayo to give it an extra twist. Delicious!!!

Just wondering: do you wash your eggs just prior to using or never wash? I recall you said if you don’t wash, they will stay fresh on the counter. Thx. Looks good! 🌟
