Baking sourdough for years! I use stainless utensils, and I never have a problem.

Yes I forgot to clarify that, stainless is fine, other metals can react apparently. Hope you try the cheddar dill pickle loaf sometime, it’s soooo tasty!

Oh thank you! 🙏🏻 I appreciate that SO much! So, I haven’t played around with bread with Victoria’s flour YET but it’s on my “to do” list.
