RECIPE
serves 4 (or 2 if you eat the portion sizes that I eat woof)
8 cups spinach, this is a loose estimate I used an entire family size bag
2 cups of cherry tomato, you can use any kind the sky is the limit
2 cloves of garlic, diced
4 tblsp of olive oil
1/2 lb of dry pasta, any type will do i like the spirals just for aesthetic purpose
3 cups of water (or broth if you prefer)
1 tblsp basil dried
1 tblsp oregano dried
salt&pepper to taste
I highly encourage you to just toss spices in there to experiment and find what you like.
