We ditched Walmart for grocery shopping. Sick of the long lines, no cashiers and low stock. Trader Joe's is where it's at! Great items, super friendly associates, cashiers and baggers and it's cheaper than Walmart! Yes, cheaper. I couldn't believe it either. 😊

You should use Redmans or Celtic Sea Salts. I have not been a long subscriber to your channel so don't know if you covered this. Most salts have micro plastics in them. The two I mentioned have sooooo muchness and there are probably some that don't have any but Marys Nest on KZfaq did a video about it and though her variety of salts were limited it was still absolutely informative and yet another thing to know about what we consume. Love your channel and absolutely informative.

In Ottawa Ontario we don't have some of the ingredients you use. No beef that is grass fed. I'm thinking we don't have that brand of broth either. I wish though.

Bobby, I'm sorry but I hate Walmart, we stand in a line for ever ! And they are only a couple cents cheaper, big deal, their clothing is so crappy it shrinks after the first wash, and their organic section is so limited now you tell me I could join the member ship too No Way! That store is not worth it and their are two I could go to, no thanks I will buy from better place's good luck in finding Bobby approved food be cause I have no luck there .
