How did you get the fish not to stick to the braai grid?

every now and then after i turned the grid i just lift both sides and push the parts that sticks to the grid down with a fork until the part doesnt stick anymore ...i do the same with the braaibread , works like a bomb

its very possible , i go out on the reefs and my success is allot higher , if you go from the beach you need conditions to be perfect , high tide or spring high and just before or after sunset or early morning and the water needs to be a light to dark brown or green
