Love mini bagels, thanks for the idea, this is great, I think I might add chopped or sliced cherry tomatoes as well as seasoned salt. Ohh the options are swirling for this Saturday's Farm breakfast.

Mmmmmm!!! Yummy!! And, it’s not the typical “pizza” bite! I’ll sub the ketchup for the chili sauce (less spicy needed!)… Question: anything else I could use that’s less of a kick than chili sauce, and still have just a LITTLE “zing”?
