We decided to spend August Bank Holiday weekend on the beautiful island of Majorca, kicking off things with a routine flight on this little Airbus A319 from London Southend. We would be returning later that weekend on Iberia Express A320 to London Heathrow.
London Southend always manages to impress, being through security & in the bar within 15 minutes of leaving the taxi! We boarded G-EZAK on schedule and actually pushed back 5 minutes early! It was another painless & fault free flight with Easyjet. Once airborne, we climbed through the clouds up to our cruising altitude of 38,000 feet.
We soon left the UK Airspace, before heading over Caen, Limoges, Barcelona and finally Palma where we landed 15 minutes early. It was a beautiful day, with clear blue skies & temperatures of 29 degrees.
