I’m from Tasmania and I jumped for joy when the chef mentioned he uses a Tasmanian trout. Eater never happens to unimpress me with its lavish range of restaurant content I hope to visit someday!

Nyesha is a very good host around things that even she is unfamiliar with. It is very cool how the ending message talks about the "heart" of Japanese cooking, which is lying beneath all the hype around the super popular things like sushi and kaiseki.

I’m seeing more Nyesha lately! Her smile is infectious and she seems so genuinely interested in what the other chefs are doing. We all need more Nyesha in our lives!

By far my favourite host on Eater (and any YT food channel). Nyesha really vibes with the people she's talking with, allows a natural conversation and shows a lot of technical skill and knowledge
