That absolutely looks like one of the best paellas I have ever seen. I'm sure it's even better tasting than it looks. To get all of the ingredients and seafood to cook correctly and at the same time is no small feat. It takes a good chef to do it right. I'm envious you were able to get a good one. It's so good to see people out and about again in this crazy world. Count your blessings. :)

Had Paella for the very first time while in Madrid back in 2001 when I was stationed overseas in the military. Absolutely love this dish.

Raina when Donna and I lived in Louisiana for awhile-we visited Avery Island where the Tabsco Hot sauce is made--awesome visit --saw so many wild birds there too-You need to check them out-they also have a tour with a video to show how the sauce is made--a bummer we went on a weekend-when the plant was closed but still got to see the video--and got our little souvenir bottle of Tabasco-Petite but memorable--for everyone TOUR IS FREE

I live in Walnut Creek Ca. We have Telerific Barcelona restaurant in downtown. If you ever come up to walnut Creek again you have to go there and try their paella and some of their tapas. Great restaurant. They have Flamenco dancing on Monday nights to.

Me too. Raina kept me sane during the 2 year lockdown. Raina, Brandon Da Garbage Disposal Clark, Molly S, Killer Kennedy and Andrew Puhl. All these people kept me sane & satiated, BUT tge first was Raina . Thank you 👍🏽🍝

The paella looked AMAZING!! One day I will have to try it !! The other items looked incredible too. As kids, many many many years ago, we would fight over the bone marrow and it was never considered anything more than a throw away item by many people. But We loved it so much. Now it’s a gourmet treat!! The flavor is remarkable. It’s definitely something that has to be tried! Scallops looked delicious. Great video. Thank you!

As always Raina Reigns Supreme! That paella looks AMAZing. Seafood cooked to perfection. I am a foodie and to me the hard part of making a seafood paella would be to cook the seafood correctly since they all cook for different times which means you have to know when to add each one so they finish at the same time. They seemed to do it perfectly and you ate it perfectly as always. For $35 this is unbelievable in NYC;)

I've been a regular here since they opened in the beginningof 2018. I frequent there and yes the food and cocktails are amazing. One of my favorite restaurants and they have the best Octopus and tapas in the city! Glad you got to enjoy Bazar. I am always talking about this place to everyone and even told a few people yesterday about the brunches happy hour and the food plus they do jazz on Mondays. FYI it's not in Times Square area lol Its in Flatiron Nomad area on 26th between Broadway and 6th

My father and I really enjoy watching your videos together. The only thing that drives us nuts; more so my dad then me, is how you do the sauces. he keeps shouting use more dips! dip your *insert random food* deeper into the dip. lols

I am a bit proud of myself making Macadamia Nut Chicken earlier (I followed a Cashew Chicken recipe and subbed out with Macadamia nuts). Was delicious. But now I'm suddenly wanting Paella haha. One of my favorite foods! It's so good! In San Diego we have Cafe Sevilla Good food. They have Rabbit Paella. I also love the bread that you get in Spain. Chef's kiss. Let me tell you!
