Another video by popular request today...Albeit a bit late! A few months back, tons of people sent me a link to a story about Britain's Biggest Brunch; a huge platter of pancakes, bacon, sausage patties, black pudding, beans, poached eggs, spinach, mushrooms and syrup, intended to serve four people.
So I thought, after taking you on a little mini-tour of my new filming space, I'd pay Brewski in Manchester a visit to see if I could take the whole thing down solo!

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

@@arronbates9246 Acfually its easier to eat it lukewarm. Nobody wants to eat cold carbs for the most part, no competitive eater wants the food to be piping hot but they dont want it cold. Realistically, it's easier with a comfortable heat in it to eat.

Funniest thing is, Beard always says people will get “put off their lunch” by watching him. I almost always watch his vids while I am a little hungry and end them absolutely famished and want to eat a bunch.

My hubby was from yorkshire and he always said that the natural Yorkshire accent with its flat vowels, gave its native folk a huge advantage in mimicry. Either way, terrific Arnie impersonation. Go Beard.

I love the fascination in the standing desk haha, I really want one! They are actually really popular for gamers so they don't have to sit all day, and there are companies that sell compact treadmills that are meant for using with standing desks.
