*Unfortunately I had to lay new music over the video, due to a copyright claim, that's why there is no more audio of the actual video (starting @ 1:35) You may have noticed, that the controller settings that can be seen in the video, would only give me around 7kw. If not i will explain it to you, the setting DC current is only at 80A and in combination with the 3 speed switch I’m not able to get to the boost current wich is 150A, only if i would install a closing switch that acts like a boost mode activation button and the setting „boost“ selected instead oft the „switch 3 gear“. You could just write 150A into DC current in combination with the 3 speed switch to get 12,5kw (if your battery/bms can handle it) but you need to be careful not to draw 150a for too long, otherwise you will destroy some stuff. The better solution would be a closing switch and the setting „Boost“, when you press the button it will activate the boost mode, wich will give you (in my case)up to 150A for a limited amount of time, after that time it will automaticly go back to the normal dc current. All you need is a closing switch (a non locking one, like a motorcylce start push button), wich you connect with the pink wire (highspeed-boost) and ground.

Great vid man. I have my 72200 set to 150 amp and I never have a problem when I'm in the deep sand climbing hills with the throttle pegged to the max for an extended amount of time. In fact, I'm getting an unlocked version of my Sab 72200 and then I'll set it to 200amps with like 100amp FW since I'm running two batteries now. : ) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aNGmoLigrq3cmIU.html Oh, and btw, you probably know this but since you have a front tire on your rear, you would get better traction if you switched to a rear tire. : )

@@dszgarage357 dude your swing arm should be the same width as mine and I didn't have to widen mine to get anything to fit which is kind of odd when I saw that in your video. My back tire is specifically a rear 80/100-19 and I love it. It should fit in your swing arm. At the widest knobby to knobby point it's 3.6 in. My swingarm at it's narrowest in the front is 4 inches. 72Vx33aH=2376 Watt / 8000 Watt Motor = 0.297 h ride time at medium to peak power. A 800 bucks second-hand enduro machine lasts half a day and more. Not feasible, but still a nice build. Suggest you may carry extra 10kg battery in your backpack to enjoy 1h ride. But guess its a dirt track only build. Personal build: 1000W hub on a 48Vx20aH battery (4kg) - 20kg total inclusive bike. 40km range 1 charge. 45kmh top speed. Best commuter.

Heck yeah! Maybe even ditch the pedles for another motor, a mid mounted 3kw or so, geared for either low end TQ, or for more top speed power, or with gears for both! I'm gathering parts for a build, I'll likely be building the frame, and using 125 or 250 Street/trail bike parts, and adding peddles, probably look similar to this monster! But more of a super moto feel, but lowered, more like a sport bike! I'm thinking about using front and rear 3kw hubs, with a 3kw mid, my battery is capable of 800amps continuous at 84v full charged, 74v nominal, and is 30ah-31 ah, even if it's capable of 1200 amps peak, peak power will be well below! I'd say 400amps peak at most! With 3 controllers/ motors, rigging a 2-3 speed gearing for the mid drive would be a awesome advantage, geared for a top speed of 12-15 mph in low, and for 100 mph in high, and maybe something in the middle, and just to assist the hub motors! A 12kw nominal bike can be awesome fun! This thing looks mean! Nice work!

Die "laden, entladen" beschriftung hat dich verraten! Sehr schickes Bike!!!

Do you have a link to the frame? I just got a frame for mine but the motor doesn't fit in the drop out.

How did you mount the front dual disk brake calipers? Does the forks come with the ability to mount dual disk or is there some sort of adapter you need to do that.

Keep in mind that battery cells have internal resistance and the R ( Ω ) adds up when cells go in Series. 1x VTC6 has a IR of 12mΩ . 30A continious A 2S VTC6 has a IR of 24mΩ. 15 A continous. 2S 2P VTC6 12mΩ. 30A continious even tho it's a 2P.

That's not true. 2 in series have double the voltage and double the resistance, so the Current stays the same.
