Same, the past couple months I have been laying awake in bed catastrophizing and anxiety through the roof.... I couldn't help it, I desperately wanted to stop it but it was overtaking me. I started listening to Eckhart's teachings every night before bed and he is what I fall asleep to and I'm sleeping like a baby. I'm so much more content and peaceful. He flipped the switch.

I first read "The power of now" (in my native language Swedish) in 2008. Received it as a birthday gift on my 21st birthday. And still, every once in a while, I feel comfort in listening to Eckhart speaking. Thank you.

Being appreciative of the desire itself seems to be the key. "Thank you, God, for my powerful desires." We came from Source to feel division and in division is wanting. We came from Fullness to Desire. It's the wanting that we crave. We already know what it's like to have. That's why when we get it, as Mr. Tolle says, it seems to be no big deal. It is no big deal. The wanting is the big deal. "Thank you, Source, for my beautiful desires."

1:04 Access the dimension within and stay rooted in the presence. That is already so fulfilling in itself that any manifestation is just icing on the cake. First seek the Kingdom of Heaven. All else will be added on to you. 3:16 Kingdom of Heaven is the realisation of being, I AM, without adding anything, presence. That’s the foundation of manifestation. As you use visualisation or affirmation, stay connected with the inner dimension. Then when you want something, it’s very different than egoic wanting. You don’t need it to be fulfilled or happy. Fulfilment can only be found in the present moment. You want the fullness / abundance of life. That means the essence of life itself. Others will be added on to you. Eckhart came into my life through my son. Initially I didn’t like him (bcoz of my mind conditioning, about which i was not aware at that time😅) . However I started listening him and BOOM!!! Our Being is the foundation of conscious manifestation. Being is like the cake. Whatever we manifest from being is like the icing on the cake. Jesus taught "Seek only the kingdom of heaven and whatever you need will be added onto you". The kingdom of heaven is nothing but the Realisation of Being. Conformation bias is part of being human, we all look for and welcome with open arms anything and everything that supports what we already believe and which we want to be true, equally we all instantly reject anything and everything that threatens our existing beliefs and feelings that are important to us personally. This is where having genuine awareness can be such an asset and give each the ability to know and acceptance the difference between thought and fact, truth and opinion, and reality and illusion 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I’m only just realizing how Jesus was so transcendent. Like I just found the ethereal realm and found that anger is the root of my identity and how the heart makes it smell like fire and Jesus has the heart of fire in pictures. And how I am the universe and how my form identity is so small and that why I now understand why things aren’t fulfilling because I’m not the form identity that wants those things I’m everyone’s form identity

The main 'thing' is realizing you are consciousness and not the person appearing in it. Consciousness is all there is. As in any dream. Identifying with the person is a mistake that enables suffering.

Would that be the Christian right or Christian left, and which denomination of Christianity is he decoding, the claims of Catholic, Mormon, or any of the other 10s if not 100s of different Christian groups who all claim to tell the truth. Personally I think it's wiser to Accept what is, Trust what will be and be very Grateful for everything rather than listen to what lots and lots of different others claim was, is and will be one day. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have a question which has been made me so confused. When we are totally present, we are conscious of what is happening around us and hence we see, hear, feel, taste or smell our surrounding without judgment. But these senses are being perceived through the sense perception devices of our body and there is time delay from what is happening and what we perceive. Some very small amount of time is needed that nerves transfer the signals. Does not it mean that what we perceive is not now but the past? Very close past. I would be very very thankful if someone please help me to get an answer for this question Meisam

Why do all of your videos have "Copy rights"? If you remove that, we can translate that to so many other languages and spread this beautiful awareness. No one else in the community of spiritual teachers who talk about present moment have their videos copy righted! Please, at least remove the copy right from selected videos; people of the world need these teachings more than ever and not every one speaks English and has the means to get translaiton.

Sit with your eyes closed and then let whatever happens happen without interruption. Meditation is not something to do, it is a natural phenomenon that occurs in the human body. Any form of mental manipulation prevents this natural phenomenon from manifesting and developing in the human body. Surrender to void/silence

Who told you this? It's fine for you personally to choose to believe what others have told you to believe and think but it's unreasonable for you to expect others to think and believe what you yourself have been told to think and believe by others. Let me break this down as I see it, logically. May the Force be with you. Well thats better than a cake analogy. You the intelligent species were initially FORMED not BORN. Your physical body and brain is BORN. That would mean that which FORMED initially at its inception at an epoch is your true PRESENCE , your "I am " within. That FORM has Transcended from the elements out of the Universe to Manifest a Formulae that brought the intelligent species physical body and brain into BEING. Hello! Going by the teachers cake analogy, ( chuckle chuckle) your FORM FORMUlAE is your recipe that baked your physical body and brain. Unfortunately all so called teachers and guru's cant explain how to find or explain what or where or how that INNER SOURCE derived apart from using words from what Jesus said to fit in and justify with what the so called teacher is saying. Maybe Jesus words is the icing here. Your FORM within is already your Fulfilment because without it you your physical body and brain would not have come into BEING. Your FORM within is an entity due to its iteration function that sparked it into existence, that spark is your FORCE. May the FORCE be with you. Because it is. No teacher nor guru can explain how that spark (which cant be denied) derived. Some may call the spark the Soul, either way, no teacher nor gurus can explain how that spark/soul derived, logically.
